Hi, and welcome to the first post on our brand new blog! First off let us introduce ourselves: We are Wahlstrom & Valiant, and we make music! Electronic music, to be more precise.
Our sound can probably best be described as breakbeat influenced dance music with 8-bit sounds that remind you of the good ol’ days. We come from quite different genres of music. Our plan when creating our little group was to stylistically meet up half way. Mr. Wahlstrom comes for a background of electro-house production and Valiant has his background in drum n’ bass and break-beat. So we thought “Hey! Wonder how these styles would blend!” Well, the result can be found right here on this blog.
On this blog you’ll be able to read about projects we’re working on, our thought about music and music production as well as sneak peaks on up and coming songs and videos. Enjoy!
